e565a5cd18 [4.0.x] Refs #33476 -- Applied Black's 2023 stable style. 
Black 23.1.0 is released which, as the first release of the year,
introduces the 2023 stable style. This incorporates most of last year's
preview style.

b5e12d490a Fixed #31007 -- Allowed specifying type of auto-created primary keys. 
This also changes the default type of auto-created primary keys
for new apps and projects to BigAutoField.

cc22693505 Fixed #32177 -- Made execute_from_command_line() use program name from the argv argument.

487d904bf2 Simplified temporary directory handling in AdminScriptTestCase. 
Use tempfile.TemporaryDirectory() in AdminScriptTestCase.setUp()
to create and destroy a temporary directory for each test. It removes
the need for individual tests to delete files.

For test classes that don't use the temporary directory, inherit from
SimpleTestCase.
