f81e6e3a53 Refs #36485 -- Rewrapped docs to 79 columns line length.

ce586ed693 Removed hyphen from pre-/re- prefixes. 
"prepopulate", "preload", and "preprocessing" are already in the
spelling_wordlist.

This also removes hyphen from double "e" combinations with "pre" and
"re", e.g. preexisting, preempt, reestablish, or reenter.

ae506181f7 Fixed #32129 -- Adjusted the docs for session expiry helpers. 
Updated the docs for `get_session_cookie_age`, `get_expiry_age`, and
`get_expiry_date` to clarify their intended usage by session backends
when saving the session.
