a4f0e9aec7 Fixed #28718 -- Allowed user to request a password reset if their password doesn't use an enabled hasher.

f3ea0c4bbd Reverted "Fixed #26401 -- Added BaseAuthConfig to use auth without migrations." 
This reverts commit 1ec1633cb2 as it
doesn't handle ContentType's auth.Permission dependency. Thus, it
doesn't allow auth without migrations.

79e1d6ebd7 Don't show self in the list of arguments of a method. 
This is consistent with Python's official documentation
and it's a sphinx recommendation too[1].
