Simon Charette 21f8be76d4 Fixed #36288 -- Addressed improper handling of duplicates in values_list(). 
Now that selected aliases are stored in sql.Query.selected: dict[str, Any]
the values_list() method must ensures that duplicate field name references are
assigned unique aliases.

README.rst 

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
