Simon Charette cd0966cd4e Avoided usage of DEBUG setting override in bulk_create tests. 
Asserting an upper bound for the number of executed queries can be achieved by
using CaptureQueriesContext instead of enabling the whole DEBUG machinery.

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
