Hasan Ramezani 7c18b22e2f Fixed #32256 -- Fixed migration optimization crash when swapping field names. 
This disables optimization of RenameField operation when an old field
name is referenced in subsequent operations.

To run the test suite, first, create and activate a virtual environment. Then
install some requirements and run the tests::

    $ cd tests
    $ python -m pip install -e ..
    $ python -m pip install -r requirements/py3.txt
    $ ./runtests.py
